A│A computer or laptop that has the necessary system requirements. If sessions are going to be taken using a laptop, please make sure the battery has been fully charged before the session and remove the power cord from the computer to prevent unstable communication quality. B│Please do not use wireless connection to maximize the session connection quality; minimum connection requirements 2M / 256Kbp (download/upload) broadband network is suggested. Network and cable ADSL uses a shared usage of the connection, connection status will be affected if multiple users are using the same bandwidth at the same time. C│Please use a headset microphone and earphones, the ones used for Skype and other internet phone appliances are not applicable. Please make sure the jack has been correctly inserted into the proper sockets. D│Please close all interactive software other than NTUtorMing.( MSN, Yahoo Messenger, Skype etc.) E│Please ensure all other software that requires you to take up bandwidth are closed in order to guarantee a stable internet connection (BT, P2P etc.). F│If you have a television card or other audio visual devices plugged into your computer, please remove them from your computer. Keep only the ones that will be used in your NTUtorMing session. |
