| System Test Process |

| Step 1. Audio Test |
| Please click on Sound Test (T) to generate a sound through your earphones or speakers. If you hear a sound, your software is correctly installed. Please continue by clicking Next (N). |

| Step 2. Microphone Test |
| Speak into your microphone to determine your sound level as shown on the graphical sound level bar. If the bar shows sound registering, your software is correctly installed. Please continue by clicking Next (N). |

| Step 3. Internet Connection Test |
| (The Wizard will be able to detect whether or not you have a firewall installed and its configuration. If you have a firewall, this test will tell you if you will be able to connect to the internet through it.) Click on the Connection Test (T). Usually, after a few seconds you can be connected to the internet successfully. Please continue by clicking Next (N). |
